The first video is from the family celebration of Marc's life - just strummin' a few chords.
The second video below is a brief clip of Marc fishing.
Below the fishing video - Marc gave two interviews with his neighbor, Katie. The topic of Katie's research was the 'American Dream'. Marc offers some interesting insights; growing up one of six boys, impact of the 60's, evolution of the family unit, and finally his observations on what it's all about - life, love, friends, family.
(Marc), How would you define success?
"For me, probably one of the biggest things is how many lives I’ve impacted, made better, or impacted in a good way. Whether it would be my kids, family, or anybody outside of that, employes, friends, friends of friends, neighbors. Success to me is really seeing the things I’ve done and do, impact people in a positive, beneficial way. Money it is not, for me, it was not the goal, it was being able to help others to pursue their dreams.
Whatever you decide to do, own it, for good or bad. If you screw up, own it, don’t think you are or victim or blame somebody else. And don’t burn the bridges. That’s a huge thing, don’t burn bridges, because everything is about people. All of life, it’s about people, whether its strangers or family, it’s all about the people."
